Reshoot Service:

Being in the Pacific Northwest, we know weather is unpredictable and can change with little notice. Maybe the sellers have made improvements, repainted, or restaged the home after the initial photo shoot. I will come back out for $100 to capture your listing in: better conditions, new home improvements etc.

Virtual staging:

Either with the images I personally shoot or the images you send me I will fill the room with virtual furniture to give potential buyers an idea what the house could look like furnished. Not only is this a creative way to catch your clients attention but also allows for a before and after picture for your marketing, $30 a photo not including the price of self shot editing services or cost of photo shoot.
